Fall Conference
September 18, 2010
Dear Exhibitor,
The Mountain West Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, invites your company to exhibit your products and services at annual Fall Mountain West SGNA Conference on September 18, 2010 at The Davis Conference Center in Layton UT. We are expecting approximately 90-120 nurses and associates to attend.
The following is the tentative vendor’s schedule:
• The exhibit room will be available for set-up September 18th 7:00 a.m.
• The conference begins promptly at 7:30 a.m. and has a break from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at which time attendees will be again encouraged to stop by the exhibits.
• There will be lunch in the same exhibits area at 12:30 p.m.
• Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 p.m. Saturday
Each company will be charged a fee of $500.00 for space in the exhibit hall, one eight foot skirted table. This includes lunch for 2 representatives.
Door prizes are always welcome and all donors will receive recognition for their contribution. Each exhibitor will be acknowledged in the conference syllabus and thanked for their support.
